Will you rush a gift to support children in crisis right away?

Hurricane Ida made landfall on August 29 in Louisiana, on the 16th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. So far, Ida has left hundreds of thousands of people without power, along with a trail of destruction in its wake. That means thousands of vulnerable children in Gulf Coast communities need emergency resources and care. Our teams are mobilizing to deliver critical supplies to as many children as possible, and your support can make a huge difference. Please, will you rush an emergency donation now to Save the Children's Hurricane Ida Children's Relief Fund, providing disaster relief to children facing the devastating impact of Hurricane Ida? Our emergency response staff was ready to respond before the storm hit by pre-positioning critical supplies. We're now coordinating with national and state partners to assess children's immediate needs in response to Ida's landfall, and to help restore child care and early learning centers that may be impacted. Save the Children staff and partners will be helping support children impacted by this disaster in the days ahead, and we'll remain on the ground as long as we are needed. But this will require considerable resources, and we need your help to ensure we can support children at this critical moment and throughout the recovery process. Make an emergency donation right now to Save the Children's Hurricane Ida Children's Relief Fund. Your support today can help us protect vulnerable children and provide desperately needed relief to families to recover from this disaster. It means so much to know we can count on you when it matters most. Thank you for all you do to create lifelong change for children. Save the Children |
