You've likely heard that we released our Living Planet Report last week. But what happens next?
| | If you've been tuning in to emails from your friends at WWF lately or checking in on our social media accounts, you've likely heard that we released our Living Planet Report last week. In the report, it was revealed that species population numbers have plummeted by 69% on average since 1970. So what happens next? It goes without saying that such a shocking figure is overwhelming – but we have an opportunity now to make things better for people and nature. What matters more than anything is that we come together to speak up and call for action from leaders to protect our planet. By spreading the world about the state of nature, we can remind decision-makers that the world is watching. And that we need things to get better for our one shared home. Will you take action and lend a voice to nature?
